- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Ensure all ingredients are measured and ready to use.
- Combine Butter and Vanilla: In a large mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Sift Dry Ingredients: Sift 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder into the bowl with the butter and vanilla.
- Mix Until Creamy: Using an electric mixer, blend the ingredients on medium speed until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
- Add Heavy Whipping Cream and Melted Chocolate: Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup of melted dark chocolate.
- Mix Again: Continue mixing with the electric mixer until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Chill: Place the mixture in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
